Full-Time Montessori Teacher Assistant
Montessori Discovery School is seeking a full-time Montessori Teacher Assistant for the upcoming school year.
We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic team member who will:
- Support students with diverse learning needs
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Help maintain a nurturing, organized, and engaging Montessori environment
The ideal candidate has experience working with toddlers, preschool-aged children (ages 15 months–6 years old), and/or elementary-aged students, and is passionate about helping children grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals. Montessori experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in early childhood and/or elementary education is preferred.
- Montessori experience is welcomed but not required

Part-Time FACTS Management Coordinator
Montessori Discovery School is seeking a Part-Time FACTS Management Coordinator to oversee tuition and billing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing tuition billing, incidental billing, and summer billing
- Overseeing parent financial accounts
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with families
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and billing software is required
- This position includes remote work opportunities.
Montessori Secondary/Adolescent Teacher
Montessori Discovery School is seeking a Montessori Credentialed Adolescent (Secondary) Guide to join our growing community as we continue to expand through our strategic plan.
