You are embarking on a wonderful, yet challenging process: finding the right program for your child and your family. Since Montessori Discovery School (MDS) was founded in 1974, we have welcomed many children and helped many parents choose what program is best for their child.

As MDS children navigate the rest of their lives, their MDS education lays a strong foundation that serves them well and helps them develop as individuals. With the love of learning, curiosity, self reliance, self confidence and respect for others gained at MDS, children are ready to meet life head-on and enjoy doing so.

Application Process

The first step in our admissions process is a school tour or a Zoom conversation. Next is the application and then there is an opportunity for your child to visit the school and meet a teacher.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance at MDS is based on a family’s ability to pay and determined by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment and by MDS’s Financial Assistance Committee.
